Meet The Team

Specialty: Tactical communications, precision log extractions & advanced puzzle surgery.

Bio: The undisputed leader of the geocaching battalion, known for rolling logbooks so tight you could use them as medical tubing. He’s solved every mystery in the county - twice!!! And once deduced coordinates from the pattern of dust on a Jeep hood. Calm, kind, tireless, and always ten steps ahead of any DNF outbreak.

Specialty: High-level networking, community coordination, and geo-art diplomacy.

Bio: Chet can talk to anyone: schools, restaurants, committees, other planets - and they all say yes! Creator of massive geo-art and master of community connection, he builds bridges, friendships, and logboards so big that we need a truck to transport them.

Specialty: Organizing, optimizing, eye-rolling, and general cool-headed competence.

Bio: A seasoned geocacher with the calm focus of a long-distance radio signal. Jim has trekked canyons, forests, and half of San Diego County with a smile and a perfectly calibrated GPS. When he signs a log, the log feels honored.

Specialty: Organizational triage, timetable reconstruction, and Excel-based miracles.

Bio: No chaos can survive in his vicinity. Armed with color-coded spreadsheets and minutes written sharper than a surgeon’s scalpel, Scott keeps every moving part of the event synchronized. If MASH ever had a logistics brain surgeon — this is him.
Favorite Quote: “To err is human.” I am definitely human.

Specialty: Sawdust-based wizardry, gadget craftsmanship, and shirt-print logistics.

Bio: Famous for feeding entire platoons without breaking a sweat, Jeremiah is the camp’s grill hero and woodworking wizard. He builds things, cooks things, fixes things — a one-man MASH miracle.
Favorite Quote: “Measure twice. Smoke brisket once.”

Specialty: Blessing caches, comforting DNFs, and calming the weather.

Bio: A gentle soul with fierce resilience, NancyMae has slept under the desert stars, cached through pouring rain, and still shows up glowing. She brings comfort, wisdom, and stories woven with love.
Favorite Quote: “Forgive them, Lord… they didn’t read the description.”

Specialty: Identifying helicopters, trucks, and military vehicles at 200 yards.

Bio: A true MASH devotee, Steve can name the year, model, and paint scheme of any vehicle from the show — and probably its filming location. His encyclopedic knowledge keeps the camp canon-accurate and delightfully nerdy.
Favorite Quote: “That’s not just a jeep ,that’s a 1952 M38 with soul.”

Specialty: Camp cheer, rescue of low spirits, and high-level creativity.

Bio: Warm, witty, talented, and generous with laughter Carolyn is the glowing heart of the camp. She supports everyone, makes the unfunny funny, and the impossible doable. If GEOMASH had its own stage, she’d be the headliner and the audience at the same time.
Favorite Quote: “Find the fun first - the cache will follow.”

Specialty: Early detection of new publications, always calm under chaos.

Bio: Renée has an uncanny sixth sense for caches - they publish, and she just knows. She brings harmony to the crew, clarity to plans, and serenity to every wild moment. She’s the one you want beside you when the GPS goes haywire.
Favorite Quote: “The log is full- I can feel it!

Specialty: Geological precision, vendor negotiations, and pathtag triage.

Bio: With the calm authority of a seasoned field medic and the analytical mind of a geologist, Rebecca keeps the supply lines flowing: coins minted, pathtags perfected, vendors aligned, and stress levels stabilized.
Favorite Quote: “Pressure makes great rocks… and great events.”

Specialty: Dress code violations and emergency beautification.
Bio: The GreenLeaf duo believes no camp is complete without imagination, texture, and a little theatrical flair. From handmade details to unexpected moments of wonder, they prove that creativity is a survival skill and fun is contagious.
Favorite Quote: “Sequins improve signal reception. It’s science.”

Specialty: Gadget cache deployment, sound system mastery, and evening morale operations.

Bio: Chuck builds gadget magic by day and hosts karaoke by night — a rare hybrid of technical genius and pure party energy. If it beeps, lights up, twists, turns, or bursts into song… he's responsible.

Favorite Quote: “If you can’t find the cache, sing louder.”
Specialty: Extreme-environment field research & Travel Bug recovery.
Bio: Trained as a zoologist and tested by Antarctica itself, Pengwinldy learned survival where ice, wind, and teamwork rule. A devoted Travel Bug handler, she believes trackables deserve epic journeys, not desk drawers.

Specialty: Off-road cache recovery & vehicle-based trackable deployment.

Bio: Known for his signature trackable car and an unshakeable love of the desert. His buggy can reach GZs that normal mortals only dream of. If it’s sandy, sunny, or slightly dangerous - he’s already there.
Favorite Quote: “If there isn’t dust in your teeth, you’re not caching hard enough.”
GEO M*A*S*H 2026
Where the Coordinates are Precise.... and the Staff Definitely Isn't!
We’re wildly happy to be on this ride together, fueled by friendship, bad jokes, good spreadsheets, and a huge amount of enthusiasm.
So bring your GPS, your sense of humor, and at least one good caching story.
Everything else? We’ll improvise.
